What we do

Paste an episode. Three clips a week, free.

We read the transcript and rank every moment worth cutting. Pick three and we cut them, captioned and vertical. 3 a week, free, no card.

Takes about a minute. You will see what we found before you make an account.

What we do

You get your own agent that runs your social media end to end. It learns your brand, then researches, makes, posts, and measures your content every week while you direct and approve.

One agent, a team of specialists

You direct one orchestrator. It briefs the right specialist for each step, hands over only the tools that step needs, and reports back to you.

The loop

The chain closes: what your metric agent measures is written back into your playbook, so the next pass starts from what already worked.

The dashed return is your playbook, rewritten from what actually worked.

Each pass knows more than the last.

We don’t post on a hunch.

Your agent reads two signals before it picks anything: what is moving in your niche right now, and what has measurably worked on your own accounts. Neither one gets to decide alone.

Signal one · outside

What is moving in your niche

Live research into your actual subject, not a generic trending list. It refreshes through the day, so Tuesday's plan is never running on last week's news.

  • subjects with pull this week
  • angles already saturated
  • formats the feed is rewarding
Signal two · inside

What has worked on your account

Every post you publish is scored on saves, shares, comments and likes, weighted by platform and divided by the reach it got. That last part is the one that matters.

  • scored at collection, every post
  • re-read twice a week
  • written back into your playbook
The score

The outside signal proposes. The inside signal decides.

Dividing by reach is what makes the number honest. A post seen by two thousand people and a post seen by two hundred thousand are scored on the same scale, so your agent cannot mistake a big audience for a good post.

When live research and your own numbers disagree, your numbers win. A trend that has never worked on your account is a trend for somebody else.

InstagramSaves and sharesa save is the strongest thing a viewer can do quietly, and likes are the weakest read on the feed.
FacebookShares, well clearone share re-exposes the clip to a whole friend network, so it is worth more here than anywhere else.
LinkedInCommentscomment depth is what the feed actually distributes on, ahead of reshares.

The weights are not the same on every platform, and a platform whose API cannot report saves is corrected for it rather than punished for it. Where reach is unreadable there is no score at all, because a number we cannot normalise is worse than a blank.

Proof, not promises

Our first pilot (a UK royal-news podcast, 63K+ on YouTube) ran 61 posts on Æthelstan across Instagram, Facebook in 24 days. Nobody opened an editor, and every number below is measured.

A 4.0× lift in average views. The median post landed at 5,889, so it isn’t one viral fluke dragging the mean. Top automated post: 328K views, on Facebook.

The longer it runs, the more it sounds like you.

Your agent never starts over. Every post is built from your brand and what has measurably worked on your accounts, and your measured results always beat the general playbook.

Give your social media its own agent.

One call. We look at your accounts and tell you plainly whether we can move the numbers, and what it costs.

Why we do it

An agency bills the same retainer no matter the output, and one social manager runs out of hours. Your agent does the work, gets more on-brand over time, and shows real performance against benchmarks.
