Zero to 1.25M views in 56 days.
AE created a Facebook page for The Royalist with Tom Sykes and has operated it end to end since 7 July 2026 — no existing audience, no paid promotion, no production time from the host.
Facebook · 7 Jul – 31 Aug 2026 · Measured in Meta Business Suite
- 631,846 three-second views — just over half of all views held past the three-second mark.
- Two separate days cleared 200,000 views.
- ~156,000 views in an average week.
Starting at zero, on purpose.
The Royalist had no Facebook presence. AE created the page and has run it continuously since 7 July 2026 — sourcing, cutting, captioning, scheduling, and publishing every post without the host’s involvement in production.
No paid promotion. No cross-posting from an established account. No existing follower base to seed distribution. The page started at zero on a platform where starting at zero is supposed to be the hard part. The measurement window is 3 June – 31 August 2026; the page was dormant through the first four weeks, so every number above was produced in the 56 days of live operation.
Distribution is not the constraint.
1.25 million views in eight weeks, from a page that did not exist in June, on organic reach alone. Two separate days cleared 200,000 views. That is not a slow build — it is a page that found its audience inside the first week and has held distribution since.
The clips hold attention.
Just over half of all views survived past three seconds. On a platform that counts a Reel view the instant it enters the feed, a 50% three-second retention rate means the hooks are working on cold, non-follower audiences with no prior relationship to the show.
Repeatable, not lucky.
The view curve shows sustained daily volume between the spikes, not a single viral post carrying the period. That distinction matters: a viral hit is an accident, a floor is a system.
It runs without the host.
Tom Sykes spent no production time on this page. The entire lane — selection, editing, copy, cadence, publishing — was operated by AE.
A controlled test of the model.
This page is the AE model with the variables stripped out: no audience inherited, no budget, no host labour, one platform, eight weeks. The result is a new owned audience and 1.25M views of surface area for a show that previously had neither on Facebook.
The same system, applied to a show with an existing audience to seed from, starts ahead of where this one did.
Stated plainly, so the numbers can be checked:
- All figures are pulled directly from Meta Business Suite for the Tom Sykes / The Royalist Facebook page, 3 June – 31 August 2026.
- “Views” is Meta’s own metric and counts replays. It is a reach figure, not an engagement figure. The 3-second view count is included precisely so the two can be read against each other.
- Daily averages are calculated across the 56 days of live operation, not the full 90-day window, so they are not flattered by the dormant period.
- Single-day peaks are read from the daily view chart and are approximate.
- This case study covers Facebook only. It does not include Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts performance for the same show.
- The page is not enrolled in Facebook’s Content Monetization program. Nothing here is a claim about platform ad revenue.
